Terms and Conditions a.k.a. the dull but necessary bits
1. Bookings and Deposits
Upon booking your photographic session a deposit of £100 will be required to secure your booking. This can be paid by via Paypal.
2. Confirmation
Once a booking has been accepted, a confirmation email will be sent detailing the dates and times of the booking as well as confirming the deposit payment. Please check these confirmation details to ensure correctness and accuracy.
3. Cancellation
Your right to cancel.
You have the right to cancel your session anytime within seven days of making your booking without any financial penalty and your deposit will be refunded in full. (NB this does not apply to late availability bookings made within 28 days of the session date.)
Cancellation of Session.
I always try to accommodate any cancellations or postponements however I do reserve the right to make the following charges with respect to your session fees where necessary to minimise losses due to your cancellation or postponement.
Cancellation with more than 28 days notice:
A refund of your deposit will be made minus a £5 fee to cover card transaction charges and administration costs.
Cancellation with less that 28 days notice:
50% deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation of less than 7 days notice:
Deposit will be forfeited.
4. Punctuality
Please ensure you are on time for your session as late arrivals can have a knock on effect to other appointments. I will always try to accommodate clients who have experienced travel problems or other difficulties which may cause delay to the start of the shoot. Please call me on 07754 614047 if you are going to be late. I will always try and absorb the time into the session where possible.
5. Payment
Sessions must be paid for in full on the day of session on completion of the shoot. Payment can be made by cash or Paypal.
Payment for package upgrades and additional products must be made at the time of ordering. Please note that no editing/finishing will commence on extra images or products until full payment has been received.
